What currency is the website in?It is in Singapore Dollars only (SGD).

Is GST/VAT (tax) included in your price?At the moment, Adorn Decor does not charge GST/VAT. However should GST/VAT be charged, it will be reflected clearly in your checkout page.

How long does shipping take?Shipping usually takes between 6-8 weeks for items that are on pre-order. This is because each product is made upon demand to ensure uniqueness.

What are your delivery charges?For orders S$250 and above, doorstep delivery is complimentary. For orders below S$250, delivery will cost S$15 per delivery to one (1) address. For all deliveries regardless of order value, there will be additional surcharges for deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard, Jurong Port and other restricted areas where applicable. Alternatively, we also offer self-collection at our Fulfilment Centre at: I-Biz Centre #01-14/15, 32 Old Toh Tuck Road Singapore 597658 Operation hours: 10am - 6pm Monday -Saturday (excluding Public holidays)

Can I purchase online and collect my item immediately at your Fulfilment Centre?This is dependent on whether the item is in stock. If you require your item urgently, please email us at info@adorndecor.sg or call us at +65 6334 3530 and we will be able to advise you on the stock availability.

How do I track the delivery status of my order?Once your delivery order has been shipped from our Fulfilment Centre, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. The email will include: Estimated date of delivery Tracking link Tracking number for you to check on the status of the delivery

What happens if I am not available to receive the order at my doorstep?Our shipping provider will reach out to you prior to delivery. All orders must be delivered and received with signature. We do not recommend packages to be placed at an unsecured location. Adorn Décor will not be liable for misplaced or lost parcels should you instruct our courier partner to leave your parcel at an unsecured location. Packages that are not successfully delivered after two (2) delivery attempts will be returned to our Fulfilment Centre and the customer may have to bear charges for redelivery.

How will I know if my order is ready for collection at your Fulfilment Centre?Once your order arrives at our Fulfilment Centre, you will receive an email with the estimated collection date. We will also reach out to you by message and/or phone for collection at our Fulfilment Centre. At the point of collection, you would be required to show our retail staff the email for verification of your purchase.

Do you ship overseas?At the moment, we are only able to ship within Singapore.

I don’t like the product received. Can I do an exchange or refund my purchase?Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds in any part or in full for items purchased.

The product received looks different than the item shown online. Can we exchange the item for another piece?All of the Bull & Stein objects are handmade and unique. Every object bears unique marks not only of the materials being used, but also of the artisan’s hand. Most of the porcelain and ceramic items are fired twice in a kiln under high temperature between 960 – 1300 degrees Celcius. During the second firing, the glaze (glass powder and colour pigments) is melted onto the objects, the pigments dissolve in a liquid to reveal their natural colours to create a unique art piece. Kindly note that some pigments contain little dark spots, which results in the uneven-ness of the colouring. This, however, is what makes Bull & Stein fruit sculptures look so natural. What should I do if I received a damaged product?If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or collection. For online orders, you may email us at info@adorndecor.sg to seek assistance. If you have already accepted the delivery, please retain all original packaging materials together with the product. Kindly reach out to us with photograph(s) or video(s) clearly showing the defect(s) on the item. We will review and assist on the next steps. Do note that we do not consider uneven-ness or slight differences of colouring/patterns as a defect. Claims for damaged or missing items should be reported within three (3) calendar days of receiving your order.

How do I know my Bull & Stein product is original?Bull & Stein reassures customers that they only use experienced top artisans in creating their products and maintain high standards of quality control. You can confirm it is an original Bull & Stein product by viewing the Bull & Stein Logo mark on each of their items.

I see spots on my Crackled Glass piece. Is that a defect?The crackled glass pieces are hand-blown piece by piece. They all have little marks showing this handmade process. These imperfections are seals of authenticity and unique-ness and are not considered defects. However should this defer from the overall photo shown, please contact us immediately. *Note: Adorn Decor does not provide exchanges/refunds for change of mind.

Why do I hear clay fragments when I shake the product?The clay is hand-moulded into the negative plaster moulds. Whilst firing in the kiln, some splinters may spin off and these bits remain within the fruit. This is also another sign of ceramic objects made by hand. You are however, advised not to shake the product as far as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept payment via PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my personal information secure when I make payment?We have taken reasonable measures to keep your personal information safe from loss, or unauthorized activity. All payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology via our chosen payment gateway.

How can I be sure that my personal particulars are protected?We maintain utmost respect for your personal information and will not release it to a third party, unless required to fulfil your order. In the event of a data breach, the Data Protection Officer will, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify all affected parties of the breach. Please note that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Platforms and any transmission is made at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access to your personal data.

What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?Please check the card details to make sure that the information keyed in, is correct, e.g. the expiry date, card type or billing address. Ensure you enter the security code (CVV) correctly. If there is a recurrence of declined payments, please check with your card issuer for more information or try paying with another card. If you have tried all these and are still having problems, please contact us at info@adorndecor.sg and email us with as many details as you can – including screenshots of any error messages and we will try to resolve it as soon as we can.
